All financial transactions on the gg ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and Philippine bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of withdrawal request.

gg ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gg ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The gg ph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

gg ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your account for cause, gg ph reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your account at any time by contacting gg ph customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to gg ph customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines and, where applicable, the dispute resolution mechanisms of PAGCOR.
gg ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the gg ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
